PCB and Cable Manufacturing is a unique business in many ways. A design-heavy process, it hinges on the cusp between tech innovation and heavy industry. Additionally, obstacles common to PCB or Cable manufacturers are virtually unheard of in other industries. These factors combine to make customer feedback very important for consistent success on PCB and Cable production.

Customer Oriented:

Communication is the key to execute this, we have established our customer focus teams (CFT) around our customers regionally. Based on our customers’ locations each team has their own designated pool of customers to ensure all customers get responded in time without overlooked particularly when we are in different time zone.

Problem Solving:

We’ve found that most customer service challenges stem from poor communication or not being honest with their problems. Therefore, our customer focus teams (CFT) do not allow this to occur. When there’s a problem raised by a customer, (CFT) can follow it up directly with our engineers, allowing us to solve customers’ concerns promptly without a stagnant hierarchy.

Quality:

Quality comes from design. It is a systematic project that everyone cares about,

Continuously improve product quality, which is not only our value, but also our dignity.   

Mutually Beneficial Cooperation:

While improving our quality standards it can reduce the cost, wastage and importantly save time of production, which also create a lot more benefit than just an increase in productivity(revenue) for both sizes.
